SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW & OWNERSHIP STRATEGY
This e-commerce platform (www.timebot.co.uk) is owned and operated globally under the corporate registration of Keypower Watch Co., Limited, with its dedicated consumer hardware division trading publicly as Timebot Pedometer Watch. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Timebot Pedometer Watch. We provide this site, including all technical specifications, operating data, and standalone hybrid pedometer watch hardware to you, the consumer.

By interacting with our site or completing a purchase transaction, you enter our service contract and agree to be bound by the following comprehensive Terms of Service. If you do not accept these parameters in their entirety, you are legally restricted from accessing our sales features.

SECTION 2 - SPECIALIZED PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION
Timebot Pedometer Watch manufactures a unique line of specialized hybrid watches that track steps natively without requiring internal battery charging, external mobile phone links, or separate software application downloads. Product data sheets, water resistance limitations, and structural capabilities are explained explicitly across our product listings. It is the customer's responsibility to review these details prior to checkout.

SECTION 3 - REGISTRATION, GEOGRAPHY, AND OPERATIONS
While our brand targets tech-conscious consumers globally, our legal headquarters, warehousing networks, and engineering supply loops are managed entirely from our main corporate asset facility: RM 117, 1/F, FONDA INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, 37-39 AU PUI WAN STREET, FO TAN, HONG KONG

Financial payment receipts, digital invoices, and credit card line items will show entries under our parent corporate name: Keypower Watch Co., Limited.

SECTION 4 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate consumer sales contracts whereby we provide you hybrid watch hardware shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
