Shipping policy

 

SECTION 1 - PRODUCTION DISPATCH AND QUALITY VERIFICATION
All Timebot hybrid pedometer watches are calibrated, checked for structural integrity, and shipped directly from our primary global logistics hub: RM 117, 1/F, FONDA INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, 37-39 AU PUI WAN STREET, FO TAN, HONG KONG. 

Order execution, motion-sensor validation, and packaging take one to two (1–2) business days. Orders submitted on weekends or local statutory holidays will be queued for processing on the subsequent business day.

SECTION 2 - GLOBAL DELIVERY SPEEDS & REGIONAL ESTIMATES
We offer insured, priority international transit channels to minimize delivery delays:

Deliveries to the United Kingdom: 6–12 business days (fully tracked).
International Deliveries (Rest of World): 7–15 business days depending on destination customs infrastructure.

SECTION 3 - TRACKING NUMBERS AND ADDRESS CHANGES
A tracking code will be auto-generated and dispatched to your email address as soon as your package clears our warehouse desk. Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once a package is handed over to the international shipping courier, we are completely unable to modify delivery destinations or intercept parcels.
