2. TRADEMARKS & HARDWARE DISCLAIMERS
The standalone pedometer internal architecture, physical casing designs, product documentation, and visual brand assets are protected under copyright and industrial property rules. We guarantee our watches function independent of phone applications; however, we assume no liability for step-count metric variances resulting from improper hardware wear or non-standard user motion patterns.

3. APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
Any legal claims, shipping disputes, or contract disagreements involving our hybrid watches will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
